SMS-рассылки регулируются тремя законами: «О рекламе», «О персональных данных» и «О связи». \
Каждый из них накладывает ограничения на часть процесса: создание контента, сбор базы данных и непосредственно доставку сообщений до адресатов. Их несоблюдение может привести к репутационным рискам, снижению лояльности клиентов и финансовым последствиям – штрафам со стороны Федеральной антимонопольной службы (ФАС).
